Our Solutions
We offer funding on residential and commercial properties, including both 1st and 2nd mortgages. These include self-employed individuals, contract workers, recent immigrants, and less than perfect credit score applicants to name a few. We offer funding solutions for a myriad of property types including: single family homes, condos, recreational properties, multi-unit residential, vacant land and commercial.
Rates & Fees
We identify our approach to lending as situational risk and that means we can consider almost any deal backed by real estate security. Most deals we fund will range from $50,000 to $3,000,000 (higher on exception). Our Loan to Value limits (LTVs) range from 50% – 80% depending on the asset. Interest rates start at 6% on the outstanding balance and our lender fees typically start at 2%.
