Tom Busch serves as Vice President, Lending and Mortgage Adjudication, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight across construction and mortgage lending portfolios. He has specialized expertise in construction lending, credit analysis, and adjudication of self-employed income structures. Tom is recognized for his disciplined approach to risk management and his ability to support complex lending decisions with clarity and precision.

Tom’s career spans more than two decades in Canada’s financial services industry. Prior to his current role, he spent 20 years as a Managing General Agent with a leading national insurance and investment organization, earning multiple top-sales awards for his performance. He is also the co-founder of Aroi Mortgage Investment Corporation, reflecting his longstanding commitment to advancing responsible lending practices and innovative capital solutions.

Throughout his career, Tom has established a strong reputation for operational excellence, sound judgement, and a client-focused approach that aligns risk, opportunity, and strategic growth.

Outside of work, Tom is passionate about aviation, real estate development, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
